Chronic pain affects around 1 in 5 people, around 50 MILLION, in the US alone! It is a multi-dimensional problem, but we often are not treated from that perspective. We often are left feeling that there is nothing we can do to change our pain.

Why Our Courses?

As a clinical psychologist, I have worked for decades with patients to help them cope more effectively with persistent pain and life stressors. I understand the suffering that can come with these issues; I’ve seen it in my patients and have experienced it myself. It is life altering to feel unable to see the light at the end of the tunnel. To feel alone in your suffering, misunderstood, or even dismissed by others. To feel as if you are a bystander in your own life.

Anchored by science and energized by my passion for teaching, I offer you evidence-based coping skills that will change how you manage your pain or life stressors.
